Value For Money

Excellence in service is all very well but it should be a standard inclusive element rather than something you pay for, and while unlimited disk space and monthly transfer, plus all the usual attributes, are admirable they are exactly that – the usual attributes. Granted, most of the packages that weigh in at under $5 a month at standard will offer you less than that, but some will offer the same.
Reliability
There are no doubts as to the reliability of the Gate.com packages, as they use up to date machinery and offer a guaranteed no downtime package with assurances. Again, however, these are standard options that are expected in these days of super reliable hosting, rather than additional paid for attributes.
Customer Support
Customer support at Gate.com is excellent, and this is one area where the company excels. With a dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand 24 hours a day by email or telephone, and with customer feedback reporting friendly and efficient service, there is nothing to fault in this area, as should be expected of a major and long established company that is offering great service and reliability.
Control Panel
Simplicity in use and with wide ranging options, the control panel is perhaps a little bit clumsy for some but is functional rather than pretty to look at, and it does do everything you would expect of a top notch system.
